Effective April 1, 2022, the new paid parental leave policy will provide up to six (6) weeks of paid leave for regular faculty and staff within the first twelve (12) weeks following eligible childbirth or adoption. The paid leave may be used in lieu of accrued sick leave, vacation leave or family and medical leave.
