Access the MSUGuest Wireless Network

Murray State University has created a wireless network for its guests to use. The purpose of this network is to allow quick access to the Campus Internet to guests only. This allows only limited access to the Internet; any greater access will require a University Sponsor.

Connecting to MSUGuest

Step 1

Connect your wireless device to the “MSUGuest” network and open a web browser (Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.). If you have already registered your device, please proceed to Step 2. To register the device, you will need to enter the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Review and accept the Terms of Use and click “Register.”

After these steps have been completed, you will be taken to a Murray State Guest Registration Receipt page.

Step 2

On the Receipt page, click the “Log In” button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive an email to the email address provided in your registration. The email’s subject will be “MSU Guest WIFI Access.”

Step 3

Use the credentials provided in the “MSU Guest WIFI Access” email to sign into the network on the Network Login screen. Review and accept the Terms of Use, and click “Login” to be connected.

You can also find these instructions for connecting to MSUGuest on the right in PDF format.
