Zoom is a web conferencing and capture tool. It is available through Canvas or as a standalone application.


MSU supports Google Apps for Education, which includes Gmail, Google Drive, and associated Google Apps such as Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Calendar.

Request that a university device be connected to a networked printer.


Use this service to report an issue with the CampusPrint student printing system.


Accounts may be requested for Murray State University guests who will need network and/or internet access for multiple days. Accounts may also be requested if the standard self-service guest access does not meet a guest's needs. Other accounts for temporary use may also be requested through this service.

Request this service if you are needing additional database backups for a specific point in time, for example, before a scheduled maintenance. This backup would be performed in addition to automated regular backups.

This provides instructions for resetting a forgotten password, changing your password, updating your Duo settings, and information on how long students and employees retain access to MSU accounts.


Faculty and staff may request access to Microsoft Imagine.


Use this service to request access to your MSU phone number to work remotely. Options currently include the Jabber VoIP client for a home computer or the Jabber app for smartphones. This service can be used to request new remote phone service, or to change an existing service.


Canvas is the Learning Management System used at MSU. Instructors may register for scheduled workshops and seminars or request customized one-on-one or group training sessions.


Listservs (mailing lists) are used to send email messages to a group of subscribed members. To have a mailing list created or updated, please use this service request.


Use this service to request support for an existing Virtual Desktop.


Update the campus location and office phone number listed in the People Finder online directory.


Respondus tools (Respondus, LockDown Browser, and Monitor) can be used to create and complete exams online. This service page provides resources to help instructors and students use the tools successfully and request technical support.
