Submit a Print Job to CampusPrint from Your Email

Students can submit print jobs from their MSU email address to the CampusPrint printers.

MSU has provided four ways for students to submit a print job to the CampusPrint printers:

• From your personal device.
• From an MSU computer lab that has the CampusPrint printer installed.
• From the CampusPrint website.(black and white, duplex only)
• From your MSU email address.(black and white, duplex only)

Submitting a print job from your MSU email address is simple!

• Send the email to msu.campusprint@murraystate.edu
• Attach the document(s) or file(s) to be printed
• Send!

Once your jobs have been successfully submitted, you can walk up to any CampusPrint printer location to release your job.

NOTE: Print jobs sent from via email will ONLY be printed in color (if it's a color document) and in duplex. If you need to print a color document in black and white, or print single-sided, you will need to print from a campus lab computer or from your personal device. Instructions for doing so can be found in our Print in Color or Single-Sided in CampusPrint article.
