You can easily request services and help online by using MSU’s Service Catalog.

Browsing Services

  1. Click on the gold "Request Assistance" button above.
  2. Browse through the categories to find the service you need.
  3. If the service is requestable online, click on the appropriate button on the right side of the page to access the request form. Your request will be routed to the appropriate technician.

Searching for Services

  1. Click on the gold "Search" button above.
  2. Enter your search criteria in the "Search" field and hit Enter.
  3. Use the descriptions to find the service you need, and click the title of the service.

Extended Hours
The Service Desk is providing extended support hours for the Fall 2021 semester from Tuesday, August 17 through December 3. Support is available for faculty, staff, and students by calling 270.809.2346 during the following extended hours:
     Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 12 AM
     Friday, 4:30 PM - 6 PM
     Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM
     Sunday, 1 PM - 12 AM
