Qualtrics is now available to all faculty and staff at Murray State. We will be adding documentation and resources as we continue working with the application.
Note: if you already have a Qualtrics account through Murray State you should continue to use that.
The account isn’t part of the single sign-on but will continue to function as part of our account.

1. Navigate with your browser to murraystate.qualtrics.com
2. Login with your Username and Password for MyGate.
3. This will create a Qualtrics account for you and add the account to the MSU domain.
4. After the account is created you will login using steps 1 and 2.
