Service Desk Contact Information

Support is available using the gold "Request Assistance" button to the left. Phone and walk-in support is available during office hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

Extended Hours (Spring and Fall semesters)
The Service Desk is providing limited support during extended hours for the Fall 2024 semester. Support is available for faculty, staff, and students by calling 270.809.2346 during the following extended hours:
     Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 12 AM
     Friday, no extended hours
     Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM
     Sunday, 1 PM - 9 PM

Summer Hours
Please note that Summer Hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) will be in effect for the Service Desk and all Murray State University offices during the summer months.

Browsing Services

  1. Click on the gold "Request Assistance" button above.
  2. Browse through the categories to find the service you need.
  3. If the service is requestable online, click on the appropriate button on the right side of the page to access the request form. Your request will be routed to the appropriate technician.

Searching for Services

  1. Click on the gold "Search" button above.
  2. Enter your search criteria in the "Search" field and hit Enter.
  3. Use the descriptions to find the service you need, and click the title of the service.
