Enable Cookies in Browsers

Internet Explorer 11

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Gear icon, then Internet Options
  3. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies, or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK. (Blocking cookies might prevent some webpages from displaying correctly)

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge
  2. Click the three-dot More Actions button on the top right
  3. Click Settings, then View Advanced Settings
  4. Select Don't Block Cookies from the dropdown menu under Cookies

Mozilla Firefox

  1. At the top of Firefox, click the Firefox button (in Windows XP, click "Tools" menu)
  2. Click Options
  3. Select the Privacy panel
  4. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history
  5. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies, and uncheck it to disable them
  6. Make sure Accept third party cookies is also checked
  7. Click OK

Google Chrome

  1. Click the wrench icon at the top right of the Chrome window
  2. Select Options (Preferences on Mac/Linux, Settings on a Chromebook)
  3. Click the Under the Hood tab
  4. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section
  5. Click the Cookies tab in the Content Settings dialog that appears
  6. Make sure Allow local data to be set is selected to allow both first-party and third-party cookies. If you only want to accept first-party cookies, select the Block all third-party cookies without exception checkbox
