Current Murray State employees and students are automatically granted email and network access through their myGate accounts.
For non-employee/student visitors to the University who need an email account or other access to University resources may use the "Guest Access Request Form" (PDF) located on the right side of this article, under Attachments. This includes Visiting Scholars, Racer Academy Instructors, Military Cadre, and others who are not employed by the University but are doing work on the University's behalf.
Human Resources will evaluate and process and the submitted form. Once all required/requested access has been created, Information Systems will contact the requesting supervisor/sponsor about access and credentials.
