NOTICE: Beginning Monday, November 14, 2022, all users of Duo will no longer have access to the “Call Me” option when authenticating. All other options are still supported.
If you removed the Duo Mobile app from your phone or tablet, or have a new phone but still have the same phone number, you can reactivate the Duo Mobile app on your device.
Reactivate the Duo Mobile app
Go to myGate and enter your username and password. Do NOT authenticate. If you have previously set your browser to remember you for 30 days, you will need to either switch to a new browser or use a private browsing (incognito) session. To open a private browsing session, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows/Chrome), Ctrl+Shift+P (Windows/Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer) or Command+Shift+N (Mac).
If you have your primary device set to automatically text you or send a push, hit the Cancel button in the lower right area of the login screen.
Click on My Settings & Devices.

You will then be prompted to authenticate. Choose Enter a Passcode > Text me new codes, or choose another authentication method to verify your identity.

Click on the Device Options button next to the phone number for your mobile phone.

Click the Reactivate Duo Mobile button for that device.

Next, select which type of phone you are using.

The next screen will ask you to install the Duo Mobile app for your phone if you haven't already. Once installed, open the Duo Mobile app and click I have Duo Mobile installed.

iOS image shown. Android users will see "Install Duo Mobile for Android."
In the Duo Mobile app, tap the + button, and use your phone's camera to scan the barcode shown. You can also choose to have Duo email you an activation link instead. You'll be prompted for an email address that you have access to from your mobile device.
Once verified or activated, click Continue.
From this screen, you can change your device settings, add a new device, or continue to the login screen for myGate.
