MSU RacerMail (email) accounts for departments and organizations can be manually created upon request. These generic email accounts are typically used for websites, forms, brochures, etc., where personal email addresses should not be listed.
Please use the service request button at the right to have a departmental email account created or reset.
All non-personal accounts are created in the same format: msu.____@murraystate.edu.
- For new account requests, departments may list the preferred name that will follow the msu. prefix.
- If you are requesting a password reset for an existing departmental account, provide the departmental email address.
Only MSU Faculty and Staff can request a departmental email account. If a student organization needs one, the Faculty or Staff sponsor must be the one to request the account, or request a password change.
