KATE offers simple A/V and technology support for COEHS events. Two-week notice (10 working days) by submission of this work order is required. However, submitting even earlier is highly recommended to guarantee staffing and equipment availability. Upon receiving your request, KATE will contact you to discuss specifics and logistics for the event.
KATE currently provides technology and audio support that can include audio set-up, microphone set-up, video support through Zoom, etc.
During University business hours, this support is provided at no charge. Events scheduled outside of business hours may incur overtime charges for the technicians involved. This overtime fee is $50 per hour, per technician, with a minimum of 2 hours charged per technician per event.
