To report problems with a campus printer, copier, or MFP, please use the service request at the right. Examples of printer problems include not powering on, error messages on the printer, lost connection to the device, or issues with print quality.
On the service request form, please provide:
- the computer name
- the model of the printer
- the IP address of the printer (if it is a networked device)
If you have a new printer that needs to be set up for devices to print to it over the network, use the Add or Remove a Printer from the Network service.
If you would like to print to an existing networked printer, use the Connect to a Networked Printer service.
