Receiving an "Account Error" error message

365 error

If you see the above error message stating "Account Error. Sorry, we can't get to your account right now. To fix this, please sign in again.", you can ignore the error message. Above that yellow error message, you should already see your name, your email address, and the "Sign out" option. This is a common error and won't affect your ability to use or save any work in Office 365.
