User-Group Canvas Course

Faculty and staff can request to have a course shell for user groups established in Canvas.

  • Submit a service request at Request a Development, Training, or User Group Course in Canvas. Or, send an email request to msu.canvas@murraystate.edu for a Canvas course shell to be created for your user group.
  • Once you receive email confirmation of the course creation, you can add content directly into Canvas.  
  • Send a list of participants to be added to the course.  The list must include each participant's MSU email address.

NOTE:  When your list of users is loaded into Canvas, they will receive an email notification of being added to the course, and they must accept that invitation.
