To request the installation, upgrade, or removal of software on a campus computer or other university technology, please use the service request button at the right. Examples of this service include installing versions of Java or other add-ons, upgrading to a new version of Microsoft Office, or removing an application no longer in use.
On the service request form, please provide:
- the name of the computer or the device that the software is running on
- the name of the software
If you have a piece of software that you would like to purchase, refer to the Computer System Purchasing service.
If you have a piece of software that you are having problems with, use the Report a Software Problem service.
