Using the service request button at the right, you may report a problem with software on campus computers or other university technology. Examples include problems such as programs not responding/hanging, certain features of a program not operating as expected, or error messages during use.
On the service request form, please provide:
- the name of the computer or the device that the software is running on
- the name of the software that you are having issues with
If you have a piece of software that you would like to install, upgrade, or remove, use the Software Installation, Upgrade, or Removal service.
If you have a piece of software that you would like to purchase, refer to the Computer System Purchasing service.
