To report a hardware problem with a campus computer or other university technology, please use the service request button at the right. Examples of hardware problems include a computer not powering on, a keyboard or webcam not working, or physical damage.
On the service request form, please provide the name of the computer or the name of the computer that the device is connected to.
If you are experiencing issues with a campus printer, copier, or MFP, use the Report a Printer Problem service.
