The AiM Support service is intended to be used for getting help with the AiM application. You can report a problem or error with the application, request a change to user permissions, or anything else related to the software. For errors, include a screenshot of the error, if possible, and a description of what you were trying to do when the error occurred.
Please use the AiM application itself to submit work orders for Facilities Management.
