COEHS Classroom Equipment Repair

For classroom “emergency” repairs, call 270-809-5360. For non-critical repairs, COEHS instructors may submit a service request by clicking on the request button at the right. Please be sure to include any information to describe the equipment, the issues being experience, and additional information for technicians.

COEHS Event Tech Setup/Support

KATE offers basic A/V and technology support for COEHS events. KATE requires at least two weeks notice (10 working days) prior to the event for Event Support. Please note: Limited A/V equipment is available. Please submit work requests for events separately from one another.

COEHS Google Shared Drive Support

Use this service to request a new Google Shared Drive share, add/remove users, or change user or group's permissions.

COEHS Student Worker/Graduate Assistant Account Support

COEHS Student Worker/Graduate Assistant (SW/GA) accounts are required for all student workers and graduate students who work in COEHS. SW/GA accounts allow students to login and utilize COEHS devices and resources. All SW/GA accounts will be deactivated the week after each semester ends.

Use this service to activate, reactivate, or deactivate SW/GA accounts in COEHS. For Activation/Reactivation, complete the request prior to the beginning of the semester in which the SW/GA will be employed. For SW/GAs hired after the semester begins, submit when SW/GA is hired. Deactivation is required when a SW/GA leaves before the end of a semester.

Activate or Reset a Network Account

Your network account is used for logging on to campus computers and the campus wireless networks. If you know your myGate credentials, you may activate or reset your network account through myGate on the Home tab. For further assistance, please use this service request or contact the Service Desk at 270-809-2346.

Employee Network Resource Request

*NEW* This service replaces the "New Employee Network Resource Request" and the "Current Employee Network Resource Add/Change Request" services.

Use this service to either request a network account for a new University employee, student worker, or graduate assistant, OR to request changes to a current employee's network access due to a change of department or responsibilities.
