COEHS Student Worker/Graduate Assistant (SW/GA) accounts are required for all student workers and graduate students who work in COEHS. SW/GA accounts allow students to login and utilize COEHS devices and resources. All SW/GA accounts will be deactivated the week after each semester ends.
Use this service to activate, reactivate, or deactivate SW/GA accounts in COEHS. For Activation/Reactivation, complete the request prior to the beginning of the semester in which the SW/GA will be employed. For SW/GAs hired after the semester begins, submit when SW/GA is hired. Deactivation is required when a SW/GA leaves before the end of a semester.

MSU RacerMail (email) accounts for departments and organizations can be manually created upon request. Faculty and Staff may request a new account to be created, a change to an existing account, or a password for an existing account to be reset.
